I tried for several days to schedule an appt and her secretary made it about as complicated as possible and even tried to tell me that I didn't need to see Dr McLemore. She needs a new secretary...
Dr Mclemore is a calming physician and she is quite conservative in her treatment methods. Her front office staff has the personality of a bag of rocks. This lady is very rude and unhelpful. If you can bypass the front office pls do!!!!
My daughter struggles greatly with depression and anxiety. Her counselor recommended Dr. McLemore for evaluation for medication. Dr. McLemore has been determined to find the right medication for my daughter, and so we've tried several things. I appreciate her doggedness in looking for help for my daughter. Dr. Macklemore is a very good psychiatrist. I saw her for many years and she was always very caring and thorough as far as my care was concerned. If I called her on an emergency she would call me ASAP. I would highly recommend her to anyone
Unprofessional office staff. Apparently you *have* to be seen every 3 months to remain "compliant" and if you do not, she will not ever see you again. I was never told this until I was not seen for a while. What a huge waste of time.
Our grandson saw her for ADHD. When the healthcare plan changed she refused to give him a last Rx for his ADHD while finding a new provider and waiting for a new patient appointment. Basically threw him to the wolves.
