My wife's 2017 XC60 T6 AWD R-Design was totaled (not her fault! ) in early March. The nearest replacement vehicle with comparable options, including POLESTAR, and mileage was located 500 miles away from us at McLaughlin Volvo in Moline. I contacted the dealership through CarGurus, and subsequent emails and phone calls dealing with Dan Machu. I spoke with a Matt Truitt at this dealership. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Matt knew I was on a tight schedule and had the vehicle I was looking at pulled up, washed, and ready to test drive when I arrived. Definitely recommend. Given my circumstances I was unable to physically get to the dealership, they worked with me to handle as much as possible over the phone and email. Super friendly. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra or try to convince me to get anything different.
