The gentleman was very kind and helpful, even though I did not buy from them
Gaylord contacted me right bck and we are going to look at it today!
Business response:
Thank You very very much for your business!
Very professional people and I was treated like royalty. I live 700 miles from the dealership and they answered all of my questions and sent extra pics and videos of the car. I flew in they picked me up at the airport. Everything they told me was correct about the car and made the process easy. I highly recommend North Point Volvo.
Business response:

Business response:
Thank you! We appreciate your business and are very happy you had a great experience!!
Friendly, yet slow to return calls or e-mails. They were up front with full disclosure about major electrical problems with the car. Overall a fairly decent, honest experience.
Business response:
I apologize for the delays on our response time. It was growing pains at the time when we were splitting our Volvo and BMW dealerships. Thank you for your patience and letting us EARN your business!!!!
