Gaylord was great at helping me made me feel like I got the best deal possibly. Tonya in financial was also very great. I would go back there in a heartbeat. never felt as good leaving a dealership as I did that one

... Like a bad date. I was set-up to meet at 10 with Nicholas, only to be left standing in the driving rain after an hour-long commute. Car lot was completely unattended. Visited the new car lot next door only to find 3 sales folks COMPLETELY dissinterested in assisting me. NP Volvo will be avoided in future purchases. BTW: When I called Nick to ask about his whereabouts, he answered the phone as if he had a hangover only to tell me he had been assigned a new work-schedule for the week and was "off." Very professional people and I was treated like royalty. I live 700 miles from the dealership and they answered all of my questions and sent extra pics and videos of the car. I flew in they picked me up at the airport. Everything they told me was correct about the car and made the process easy. I highly recommend North Point Volvo.
