Called multiple times, left multiple voicemails. I even messaged them through my patient portal. They do NOT answer their phone or return phone calls! It's been almost 2 weeks and no one has even bothered to return my call! No one reached out to me and to go over my test results either, which came in almost 2 weeks ago.
***Update***. I raised my star rating because we received a call today from Dr. Logan's assistant. He was making sure our short term disability was straightened out. It has and I appreciate his call. However, I could not raise the rating any higher because there is still some confusion when we spoke with Dr. Logan on the phone a few days ago. He said he never said my husband had Ventricular Trachacardia but I had family members with me after the second procedure that remembered him saying it and even asked him questions at t... read more
***Update: I wanted to take a moment to update our review. Today, I received a call from the office manager and she apologized for all the problems we had. They took care of our short term disability paperwork immediately today and spoke with me about the questions I have asked and didn't get any resolution. She is working directly with Dr. Logan on Monday and she will speak to him and have him call us directly for answers. I cannot say enough about Mclaren Macomb Cardiology and Dr. Alexander Kure. This doctor just saved my life. After being rushed to the ER department at Mclaren the ER staff reacted immediately. Dr. Kure showed up to perform an emergency pace maker surgery. This doctor is a miricle worker !! Mclaren Macomb cardiology, Dr. KURE, has done an incredible job these past few months handling my cardiology issues. I cannot thank him enough. The Heart Cath Lab staff was exceptional !! Such a highly skilled professional team.
Dr. Logan is extremely nice and knowledgeable. However, I can't get the results of my stress test and other tests that they performed. I've been calling for weeks since June to get my results. He called a month after in July and left a voicemail to call back. I keep calling the office and no on can get me the results of my tests. It's been 2 months already.
