Dr. Logan is extremely nice and knowledgeable. However, I can't get the results of my stress test and other tests that they performed. I've been calling for weeks since June to get my results. He called a month after in July and left a voicemail to call back. I keep calling the office and no on can get me the results of my tests. It's been 2 months already. Dr Hunyadi is the best cardiologist you could imagine! He’s so caring and thorough. He takes his time with patients and makes sure their questions are answered. I see several complaints in others’ reviews about poor service from the office staff. I did not experience any of that personally, but remember that they are busy, and sometimes you have to be proactive and advocate for your own health.
For the last few months , I have been under the care of Dr. Alexander Kure. My wife and I just left his office today. Both of us simultaneously stated, how much we appreciate Dr. KURES, professionalism, his patience, his knowledge and most all the doctor to patient experience was incredible. I have numerous Mclaren doctors. They are exceptional. Can never get a hold of anyone they canceled 2 of my appointments have yet to bee seen about my test results
Just got out of the hospital and was told to follow up with Mclaren Macomb Cardiology but no one answers the phone. I've called several times and no answer. I can't return to work until I see a cardiologist so when they don't answer the phone, it's another day of work that's lost for me. Reading through the reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem for several years!! Guess I'm going to Ascension. DO BETTER MCLAREN!!
