Thanks McLaren Macomb! Just spent over an hour trying to reach my mother who is a patient, to finally speak to a nurse who informed me that she cannot talk due to the ventilator!?!? Oh wait, not the right patient and you don’t know who I’m talking about because the entire phone and computer system is down!?! WTF!?!
If you have to go here, don't let them bully you into making a prepayment. They'll demand a significant amount more than your deductible. Then, good luck getting them to refund your money after the claim is processed.
