Was in with someone who nearly drowned and had hypothermia. Not one professional in the ER even listened to his lungs or bothered to do a chest xray. He now has pneumonia. The nurse provided absolute substandard care. Horrible.

RecommendedOn behalf of my whole family I want to thank McLaren Health Management Group’s Hospice program for the excellent care and support they provided to Bettie Fredericks, the matriarch of our family, over the last ten months of her life. Bettie’s fervent wish was to die at home. Hospice made that possible. Weekly visits from both nurses and nurses aides transitioned to more frequent visits until daily care was needed at the end. RecommendedMy father has spent a lot of time this year in St.Lukes for numerous different things. He has never recieved anything but the best care. The nurses and NA's are all polite and knowledgeable.
Home care nurses are the best can we get awards for them? I would nominate a few up here in Northern Michigan they are out of Mount Pleasant I live in Harrison please consider them they do excellent work their amazing. Thank you.
