The billing department is horrendous! I have been on the phone for over an hour with them trying to figure out where the $2,000 deductible I paid went. This is due to another office and they claim my account isn't fully processed so they can't do any type of refund. How about they wait until insurance has been billed before charging patients an estimated cost!

Why is it When a patient has both Medicare part A & Blue Cross Blue Shield (which covers each others' deducible= Nothing is due Completely paid) When that Patient still needs medical care that patient is wheel-chaired out by security. Why does residents sign out patients without examining them. If They had they would have found the infection.
My husband went in for abdominal pain. We waited 5 1/2 hours in the lobby, only to be taken to nasty dirty spare room to see a dr. For him to say the test look normal.. not once did they ask him to lay down to feel his stomach for anything just said your good..... Im just so disgusted right no with how they treated us and took us into this nasty room not cleaned up from someone prior. Our family dr is a mclaren dr but we will defiantly NOT be going back to the hospital
My dad had a quintuple bypass on Wednesday. They were 2 hrs late started late. Was supposed to be at 7:30am and it was started at 9:45am. was supposed to come out midway 2 let us know how it was going on. FINALLY.......WE WERE NEVER TOLD HE WAS OUT OF SURGERY. HE WAS OUT ALMOST 3 HOURS OUT OF SURGERY. ALSO IN A ROOM NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING
Wow! Quite an adventure so far. Now tht I'm done being a pin cushion. Back injections, Blood drawn, nd B12 shot. I'm good on being poked.
