We first heard about McLaren Dental Associates from our son Michael and our daughter-in-law Kelly, raving about the outstanding care they received, and suggested that we should also schedule an appointment for ourselves. The cleaning process was painless. The dental tech was friendly and conscientious.
I would suggest that the medical information form that your patients are given in the office be sent via e-mail. The patient would then have access to all of their medical records and would then be able to complete the form with accurate medical info that you are asking for.
Great staff, pain free work. Like the new massage chairs as you are having work done.
