Coming from a person who is prejudiced against the "Dentist" from childhood let me report that McLaren Dental Associates have "almost" cured that ailment. The people at McLaren are friendly & helpful. Mostly I like the fact that my appointments are FAST!
If you are reading these reviews because you are looking for a dentist, I highly recomend them. Even though we have moved a couple of hours away from Midland we continue to return for our dental appointments because of the excellent care we receive from Dr. Charles and Dr. John and their whole staff.
The staff and dentists are always so great and accommodating. They make going to the dentist a positive experience every time for both adults and children.
I love how the service is so fast, no waiting for a procedure to be done and only have to be numbed up once instead of several times for the procedure to be finished. The whole staff there is wonderful. :-)
Dr.Charles worked for and hour and a half to repair a bad root canal (which was not his) using all his expertise to save the tooth. McLaren Dental provides a very professional treatment in comfortable surroundings. They are constantly inquiring about my comfort level. This repair was also done on an emergency situation. They also completely explained what they were doing while it was being done.
Didn't know what to expect, but it all went well, I had no discomfort or pain. Went grocery shopping in the afternoon. Thanks so much, everyone was very nice. Ready for my new crowns.
