They always take excellent care of me. I don't feel like they are taking advantage of any situation that I have had at the office. Very gentle and kind and always explain what is happening as things are being done.

I want to thank the entire staff at McLaren Dental for their excellent care. I am scared of dental work due to problems expirenced at another dental office. Both Dr. Charles and Dr. John are thoughtful and caring and have helped to get rid of some of that fear by simply listening to my concerns and listening to me when I say I can feel something. It is a great feeling being listened to and then having the work completed without feeling it. Thanks again!
