Even though going to the dentist is not my idea of a fun trip to town, I enjoy the staff and who wouldn't like the office décor?!
The service at McLaren Dental is always great. Painless procedures, personal flat screen TVs, and massaging dental chairs... I almost look forward to going to the dentist! Oh, and Doc John, Doc Charles, and the staff are pretty cool too. ;)
I called in the a.m. to say my crown had come off and they got me in that afternoon and recemented it. The Dentist explained everything he was doing as he went along.

I have never enjoyed a visit to the dentist however I felt the Dr. and staff did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible. Each step of the procedure was explained to me before it was preformed. I felt the work preformed was done in a professional manner. The only negative in my experience is the distance between my home in Bridgeport and the dental office in Midland. If I wasn't happy with the service I would be long gone.

I had an old amalgam filling that needed to be replaced. I was given the choice as to which filling I wanted. Although I wanted ceramic because of the location of the tooth, I told Dr. John to choose the best filling for the tooth. He took the time to explain why ceramic was the best choice beyond aesthetic reasons for this particular filling and did a beautiful job on the tooth. There is absolutely no sign of a filling!
