Drivers driving dangerously on the highway almost causing car accidents going over 100, with a giant MCL Roofing sticker on the driver door. Won’t be going to this company if this is how they operate driving.
After cashing a $19,133.70 check in January, 2025, for roof replacement, MCL Roofing (Elizabeth McNeil and and Dwayne) failed to do the work, even though I asked regularly when my roof would be replaced, per the contractual agreement. 10 months later I asked for the money back, since the work has not been done. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly company. Dwayne and Elizabeth know the business and go out of their way to make things work for you. The crew arrived on time, completed the entire job in one day. They cleaned everything up. I’ve not found a single nail around the house. Call these guys. They are awesome!
Working with MCL Roofing was great! They helped me file a claim with my insurance and when it wasn't covered they gave a great price on replacement. Elizabeth and Dwayne were hands on, accessible and responsive throughout. The crew worked quickly and were finished in a day. The roof was put on a Saturday and after the crew left there was a problem. Dwayne and Elizabeth immediately came to my home and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them!!
I had a great experience with MCL Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area in need a roof repairs or a new roof. They explained the entire process in detail and did everything that they promised. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned up before leaving my home.
