Elevators are always broken! Have fun carry all your groceries to the 8th floor 12 flights. Suddenly dogs are running up and down the halls. Always springing new rules not in you lease whenever they please such as suddenly pay to park and suddenly pay for storage and just now the required amount of rental coverage is $300.00 and they just changed it to that and if you don’t up your rental coverage then you are charged an extra and forced to take theirs!
