What a wonderful staff! I ran out of gas right in front of their office, on Virginia pkwy, going up the hill. I was on the phone getting help and their entire staff came outside to push me up the hill and into the parking lot. I've never been to their office , but I think I'll switch my daughter over now. What kind and friendly people!!
We recently moved to McKinney and went to Dr. Shaack based on some recommendations from friends. I was worried taking my 2 year old, who hates brushing his teeth, to a dentist for the 1st time. But my experience at McKinney Pediatric Dentistry was amazing! The staff is friendly and organized and Dr. Shaack is great with kids. They do several things to help the child feel comfortable (play with toys, pick out their own toothbrush, floss, timer, and other goods, and get a token at the end of the cleaning to buy a bouncy ball).... read more
We just moved to the area and I took both of my kids (ages 4 and 2) in for their first visit. Even though they were both very nervous and my daughter was in hysterics (totally her personality) Dr. Schaack and his team were FANTASTIC and handled everything so well! They were so patient and kind to my kids, you can tell they love their job and really know what they are doing. I have never been to such a kid friendly place. I would Highly recommend their services to anyone! My daughter even said she wants to go back :)
I love how those staffs doing great job with my daughter!!! It her first time went there... i Love the room with tv .. colors draw... toys area.. really really nice!!!

I wish all dentist's offices were like Dr. Schaack's! My five and seven year old were at ease during the whole experience. Dr. Schaack and his staff are exceptional! Where else to do you have a fun beach experience while getting your teeth cleaned?! I highly recommend McKinney Pediatric Dental. You feel how much Dr. Schaack and his staff truly love and care for children in his office.
I cannot say enough good things about our visit!! So, so pleased!

Class act all the way around!! True professionals who take the time to break it down to where a retired Sailor can even understand what will take place. More importantly, they went above and beyond to ensure my 8 year old would never fear the dentist chair ever again. This daddy appreciates y'all going the extra mile!
