Staff is friendly and great with making my kids feel safe and comfortable.
Dr. Schaack, and his wonderful staff, made my daughter feel comfortable and not afraid at all! She has autism, and had a lot of nervousness prior to arriving at the office, but McKinney Pediatric Dentistry made everything so wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

We had been to two other pediatric dentists- and our daughter never quite felt comfortable in their offices. We walked into McKinney Pediatric Dentistry and it felt like "home" - cliché- I know, but very true. My daughters REALLY look forward to going to the dentist, which is crazy because it's one of my greatest fears because of childhood experiences. I LOVE that they love their dentist!!!!!
I have major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Naturally I had major anxiety for my son going to the dentist. The staff at Dr. Schaak's office we're exceptionally awesome!!! Everyone was friendly and never rushed!! Every step was explained and they took great care of my little man for his first cleaning! Dr. Schaak's even sang to him during his cleaning!!!
Nothing but fantastic things to say about Dr. Schaack and his staff. They put my kids at ease and when I tell them it's time to go to the dentist, they say, "Yay!"
