I'm beyond happy with everyone over at McKinney Eyeworks! We've been going here for years and will not go anywhere else. they have a great selection of glasses and Aaron helped me understand my face shape and what lenses would be best for the look I was going for. Everyone went above and beyond to make the buying process simple and efficient. We normally see Dr. Woerz, but today I met with the new doctor, Dr. Wang- I LOVE HER! I'll only be scheduling with her now! I highly recommend this office to anyone!
These people get it!!! Everyone is AMAZING!!! From the desk to the exam and to the final try on of your glasses!!! They ROCK!!! 100 out of 10 🌟🌟🌟
I will not recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was rude! My husband setup an appointment for me and my kids ages 5,9, and 10. If they can’t handle kids they shouldn’t be scheduling appointments for them. Discrimination at the level best. I guess that has to do with your ethnicity. Doctor literally sent me outside and told me to leave this office and told the receptionist to reschedule and please don’t bring your kids� I will take legal action against this discrimination. This is unacceptable behavior!
The doctors are great but the new office staff is rude and unapologetic. Unfortunately interaction with the staff is unavoidable so I will find a practice that treats their customers with kindness and compassion. I don't enjoy my time being wasted due to their errors with not so much as an apology. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a concern.
Marc & his staff were awesome...service was impeccable...highly recommend Dr. Woerz!!!!
