During our initial appointment booking process, I was thrilled with the staff and service of McKinney Eyeworks! The front desk staff is very kind and easy to talk to. My husband went in for two appointments, and had an amazing experience with Dr. Wang. Stephanie was very kind and efficient getting my husband the appointment times he needed. Which is why when it came to ordering his glasses, I was completely shocked at the disregard for their clients. The Good - Overall experience with Dr Wang deserves a 10 out 10. Impecable, helpful, informative. - Stephanie at the front desk was polite and helpful, even apologized for deficiencies she had little involvement in. What needs to improve - Little regard for customer retention from the Manager Melissa. - Paying full price should always turn out to be a good experience for the customer. - Ordered a pair of prescription glasses through them, estimated time was quoted at 3 to 5 days, it took them 23 days to deliver. - Ended up b... read more
I went there today(10/31/2019) for eye check up , all went well with Dr and Eye exam but front desk guy who is rudest person i have ever seen in dr office , I asked him about frames and glasses he told me bit high cost so i choose not to buy but looks like he got mad that i didnt choose to buy so his behavior changed , I will NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN .. earlier i used to go with Costco optometrist but tried this Mckinney eye works this time.. VERY BAD Front desk guy.
