Be careful when using this company. We have reached out for their services twice because they were the original installers of the elevator in our property. The first time a technician came, they charged us for the full visit, inspection and "fix" but he couldn't find anything wrong and just "cleaned around" a bit to make sure everything was functioning correctly. I have a serious complaint about this company's fraudulent act! They faked my signature and sent me an unreasonable bill to pay. When I contacted the accounts receivable specialist, Lennette, she was very arrogant and denied the fact. She even accused me of lying and used COVID as an excuse. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If this company is really concerned about COVID, why don't they mandate their technicians to wear masks when they visit clients' homes?
