McKinley installed a new Elevator in a newly built house in 2020. The elevator is used 1-2 times a week. In January 2026 the elevator dropped 1-2" below the lower floor level and stopped working. A technician came released the elevator, changed 2 batteries (I'm not sure why) and told me that the sensor on the lower level had to be slightly adjusted so the controller would identify the elevator when it reached the ground level.4 months later (mid May) the same problem happened again. Be careful when using this company. We have reached out for their services twice because they were the original installers of the elevator in our property. The first time a technician came, they charged us for the full visit, inspection and "fix" but he couldn't find anything wrong and just "cleaned around" a bit to make sure everything was functioning correctly.
