I have been trying to call about a house in Jacksonville for about 2 weeks now. I contacted Peggy, she sent me a woman named tonya number and then I have tried numerous times contacting them. Spoke to someone at the office 3 times and have never once received a phone call back to even look at the house. I will not buy my home from them.

Peggy Goodman and Mike (don’t even know his last name) are ABSOLUTE THIEVES. I cleaned my apartment to the very last instructions they gave. They DID NOT make any repairs to the apartment and moved the next tenants in the VERY next day. They STOLE my deposit from me and LIED about repairs they did not ever make. Do not trust them with your business or your time. I am extremely disappointed. I was told that the house I rented would be cleaned prior to moving in. Not only was the place FILTHY, but I have only been offered a $100 credit. I provided plenty of pictures to show that the property was NOT clean or move in ready. I have not rented a property in a very long time.
