I'm very unhappy with this place of Buisness. They have owed me money from when my deductible was met. They wanted it paid upfront. And was told when the deductible was met they would reimburse me . this was a good amount of cash. I've been there many times to ask them to pay me what I am owed. Its been a year and no response at all. There's been around four persons who has told me the same has happened to them at this chiropractic business. I guess court will have to come into play. Bad business ethics.
I like the staff in Caldwell. they are very nice. very helpful too. i would diffidently tell people to come here for any pain they had.
I always have the best experiences here. Always so helpful and kind and I always feel leaving well adjusted and taken care of. Best office I've founf yet.
My husband hurt his neck and shoulder and could barely move. I went online and searched for a chiropractor near us since we are new to the area. McKim Chiropractic came up and had great reviews, so we decided to try and get him in here. The woman who answered the phone was wonderful and understanding that he was in a lot of pain and needed to get in quick. She said they had an opening for right then. McKim Chiropractic provided excellent service today! They promptly saw my husband in his time of need and treated us both with a high level of customer service that you just don't see very often today. It was a great experience, we will be back!
I just love McKim Chiropractic! The Dr's and staff are just wonderful to work with and make you feel like family!
