Justin was ok. Sales manager Kristean (Sp?) was very unprofessional. When a lower associate brought me to Kristean because my car wasn't ready as promised Kristean was visually upset because we were interrupting his text messaging or video gaming or something and in turn felt it was ok to berate the associate in front of me. Then he had the audacity to ask me if my personal check was ok, specifically asking me if would bounce.
