I had to continually call them regarding a car I wanted to buy. They gave me false information, promised to call me first when the car was available, and then sold it without contacting me. They are unorganized (on all levels), unprofessional, liars, and basically the archetype of slimy used cars salesmen. Definitely avoid!

The experience was ok. The majority of the negotiation happened via e- mail and phone before committing to driving the hour for the vehicle. The minor body damage was not disclosed in the discussions. Only one key was provided - $100 at OSH to have another cut, and still waiting for the owner's manual to come in the mail. I guess I expected a bit better service for the thousands of dollars that I spent with them.
