The brisket was dry. So dry. Had to drowned it in BBQ sauce to eat it. If the brisket had been good, might have gotten 5 stars. Ribs and jalapeno sausage were both good.

My son and I had a brisket sandwich as well as chicken breast sandwich and fries. Sweet tea was great!!
This McKenzies is so bad food will make you sick the cook goes out gets a drink goes back in cooking like nothing happened making food and old woman came just ask about where to get the water so rude to her made me mad

I have always loved the food but this visit has been horrible! Tyree had an amazing attitude and was very welcoming. But I stood in the Togo window for 5 minutes without being acknowledged after three employees including the manager made eye contact with me. After finally gathering someone's attention I was told the Togo order I placed and paid for well over 20 minutes before had not even been started. I am highly disappointed.
