Great area, good layout. Lacking a maintenance person of some kind. The landscape in general is very poor. Nothing is maintained on the grounds, LOTS OF DOG POOP, weeds and neglect of the areas surrounding the apartment. Noises neighbors are also very common. Other than theater the apartment is sound.
Jillian is amazing and very diligently in answering questions and concerns. My experience has been very positive and the property is located near downtown! Thanks
Well designed, quality work, good sound control and excellent management service for any needs. The location is perfect - 2 parks within walking, lake nearby, bus line, underground park and workout room. The community room and rooftop access are first rate. The perfect spot in a perfect location!
