I stopped by to look at a truck. No one was around so I sat and waited. Meanwhile, one salesman decided to make small talk with another employee and another stepped outside for a smoke. Thanks for wasting my time. There are plenty of other places that want my money.
My son bought a 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee. With in a hour the engine light came on. With in two hours the transmission is slipping. Called them. No answer. Text them. Answer: The sales manager will call you. Text again: The sales manager will call you. NOT ONE PERSON CALLED! This company claims that inspects are done on all the vehicles including this one. So this company knew before it was sold what was wrong with the car and did not disclose it to the buyer. Very bad business and grounds for a law suite. I recommend Toms Auto... read more

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! These people rush you through the process without telling you anything that is going on. Then when you need to get ahold of your sales person, they are always in a meeting with no return phone calls. I made it crystal clear to Ron the finance manager that I was not paying for any extra warranties or policies and somehow miraculously I have gap insurance for $900 that was never explained to me or even brought up once. Warning! Bought a Honda Odyssey and about a month later the timing belt broke and I had to replace the engine. I had only had it long enough to make 1 payment and I had to replace the engine. I called multiple times and they would not help or do anything to make it right. I even asked for splitting the cost of the engine. Nope! So beware.
A great big thank you to Juan and the guys from McKee!!! My husband and i love the truck that we got and they were extremely helpful in getting us the financing for it!!! Will definitely be back for our next truck!!!
