I world give zero but I can't the er is fill of liers they don't like when you stand up for yourself. They will lie to get you out of the er cause you said they hurt you. The Dr. Even told them i have a life threatening infection and cause i told the nurse she hurt me because she was digging in the iv after I told her she needed to get the ultrasound she for mad and told lies about me cause she didn't want it to be her fault

Most part most doctors are pretty good. I used to be most of them have retired that I loved. when somebody comes in scared they write down aggressive. I’ve never been aggressive to anybody in my life. I worked in a medical profession. I know where it takes understanding. currently I’m in the situation not optimal, but I feel like the person needs somebody to take care of them. They’re dying. They won’t go out of the house. For such a large hospital, the ER is surprisingly under‑equipped with rooms and poorly staffed. After finally getting a room, we asked for a blanket and the staff just set the folded blanket on the bed, even though my wife was fully connected to monitors and couldn’t move to grab it. That was just one example in a series of disappointing interactions. You end up feeling like you’re just another item on an assembly line. If I could leave 0 stars I would dont come here for emergency care they'll toss you in a room and ignore you for hours. And then when you leave they'll pretend like they care.

Charge nurse was an absolute nightmare, extremely rude, did not care why I was there. Way understaffed, and hard to get help or communication. Troy Q. my nurse was the only saving grace, he was so kind.
