Hospitals need to stop using electroshocks on people as punishment it’s abuse and it should be illegal.
This is the worst emergency room I have ever been to. I’ve been here a few times with different concerns and every time the staff and doctors were extremely dismissive, disrespectful, and aggressively indifferent. During this visit I presented with symptoms of vomiting mucus and blood and severe lower left quadrant abdominal pain. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the care I received at McKay-Dee Hospital after a ski accident in which I injured my ankle. During my visit, I was evaluated and told that my injury was a sprain. Based on that assessment, I was advised that I could walk on the ankle and was not provided with a boot, crutches, or any other form of immobilization. I’m in desperate knee pain 10/10. They did xray ultrasound labs and all looked pretty normal. GREAT!!!! BUT I can’t bare weight without crying and massive pain. Can’t do mri ( 3 weeks out) . Ok well good news the stupid nurse said everything is fine. NO ITS NOT!!!! I can bare weight or bend my knee. Took me to car in wheelchair and watched my pregnant (7 months)daughter help me in car. Red face crying squealing in pain and the nurse did nothing. Then she GOOD LUCK!!!! WORST CARE OF MY LIFE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
arriving at the emergency room at approximately 5:00 AM, I presented with concerns of facial numbness and significant swelling around my eye. I informed the attending medical staff of a similar, albeit more severe, incident in my medical history. Prior to seeking medical care, I had self-administered Benadryl in an attempt to alleviate the symptoms, which proved ineffective.
