Very untrustworthy and scummy businessman. I rented from him for 1.5 years and prior to moving out, I was told that my rent would be prorated for the final month, but I would need to pay the whole amount upfront at the beginning of the month and would be refunded. Over a month after the move, Jan decided that it was against his policy to refund me the money and basically stole nearly $800 from me. Don't do business with them.
