I used to not have any problems with his place now I have to make two appointments to get all my refills on my medication which is uncalled for so they are charging my insurance twice a month for an unnecessary reason. And it's not just me that they are doing this too it is multiple patients small town....
This has been My doctor a few years now and I am satisfied with the care I get. James takes the time to sit and discuss what problems you have. The staff is very friendly and careing.
Never have over a 10 min wait to see the doctor. Clean office with a restroom. The nurses are always helpful and answer any questions I have. I always get a confirmation call the day before my appt. My doctor is easy to talk to and explains everything to my understanding!
I have been to numerous doctors trying to get my health status improved, but I always felt like I was being shuffled around then the nurses and doctors would take their I.d. Cards and log in on the laptop computer when they came in to your examining room and then you were on their clock for 10-15 minutes, when your time was up they would swipe their I.d.
