Great business to call for a happy haul.
I tried to return the truck I rented online but the app would not work properly even when I ensured all my preferences and permissions were correct on my phone. So I took the photos as directed with my phone and sent them to Matt. He took care of everything for me (and it was his day off!!). Pobody's Nerfect - especially apps and telecom, but I was not stuck trying to plead my case with corporate U-Haul. Thanks Matt!!
