RecommendedMy doctor is Great and so are the triage nurses. The front desk ladies are very helpful and always greet me with a smile. The only issue I have is with the group of girls that answer the phone before hours. They are always rude and don’t seem to care about the issues you may be having and may even hang up before you can explain what’s wrong.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They called me the day before my appointment to confirm. I show up, it’s not even open. I called, the lady cut me off saying they weren’t opening till an hour later due to the weather. So I wait. I walk in, along with a handful of other women who were also waiting.
