My wife is bleeding heavily from a surgical wound. She's soaked 8 maternity pads while in the waiting room. And she's still setting there bleeding. I asked how many more people were ahead of her and there's 15. Obviously these people don't care if she bleeds to death or not. Considering they are putting people with coughs in front of her. Sunday After a 4 hr wait and $100 less my son and I had symptoms of cough,congestion, and fever the PA said it was viral and sent us on our way. Today (Tuesday) my husband tested positive for the flu. After calling the Urgent Care West University clinic they said I would need to reregister so they can swab me because I probably didn’t have the flu symptoms before. REALLY?
Mch made my baby better!!! I love how they were on top of everything when it came to her !!!! Thank you so much medical center staff!
Took my daughter for a sinus infection and they wanted me to give her 5 OTC meds which didn't work as we've been giving those already...The PA was preggers and acted like it was a big deal to be in the room...i advised I'm getting over a sinus infection and bronchitis and on steroids and z-pak....but she still would give my 17yr old meds....so now we are back to her regular DR taking time away from work and school because this DR refused to give meds...won't go back if she's there
Quick service, caring staff. I refuse to go to the ER and wait 4-5 hours just to be seen by someone. The nurse and PA are very good at what they do.
