If you want to just relieve pain you can take a pill. If you want to heal see Dr. Jeff at McGunnigle Chiropractic. I suffered from severe tendentious in my shoulders to the point it lead me to the ER. Since healing at McGunnigle Chiropractic I don’t even know my shoulders are there.
