This guy just lost a federal case for me for overtime pay. McGuinness went after my former employer for a pre-trial settlement, but they wouldn't cave, so it went to trial. Judge got hot on the collar with him several times and even had to school him on basic legal maneuvers and courtroom conduct. Most all of his pre-trial motions were denied and he even went out of bounds, provoking a mistrial. When the case was retried, he called just one witness while the other side called 4. Horrible. Poor conduct. They never get back to you once they get what they want which is to sign the agreement. Its months before they contact you via email and not even by phone. In order to convince you to sign the retainer they promise you all kinds of things such as "yeah, we will win, you will get a lot money" etc. but then they just don't contact you. Look for someone else that has better work ethics.
