Bad experience, i lost my case with McGuinn Hillsman & Palefsky, several years gone of my life, false hope, time everything, they promised the stars and deliver me nothing but large bills and lifetime of pain. Do not hire McGuinn Hillsman & Palefsky, ask all the hard questions, and consider someone else. All big talk before signing agreement or retainer don't trust a word.
Bad law firm, once you as attorney they don't care you, they take your money, go silent, stop responding, lawyer is always busy, not good law firm. Then years are gone, and your case is destroyed, they just don't care.
Cliff Palefsky is a great attorney. You can't go wrong by using his services. If I could give him 10 stars I certainly would.
