Was prompt. Very little wait time when I arrived I was informed it the procedure and each step of the process Was done efficiently and effectively And all questions were answered
The freezing of a spot was grossly overdone, like she was drilling for oil. Refused to do others though only a few more and just the same. Tried to require multiple trips to treat 10 spots. Actually said insurance doesn’t pay Dermatologists to treat acne. Untrue. Then wanted to charge an extra $250 for what insurance would fully pay for. Money-only focused person I will never go to again. U. S. Dermatologists removed all spots in one short appointment, shallow freezing already resolved, no extra time or money needed.
I appreciate Dr. McGuiness’s candor and thoroughness during a regular skin check. His bed-side manner is great, and he explained everything I needed to know.
Dr. Newton is awesome! He is very personable, knowledgeable and great at what he does. Always willing to answer questions and to provide help. Don’t let him retire!!
Dr McGuiness and his staff was amazing, he looked at the concerned areas I had and explained in detail what they were. He took his time with me and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. I highly recommend Dr. McGuiness, he truly knows his stuff and then some.
