My 12 yr old son and I were traveling from Augusta, GA to Tennessee. As I was driving down I65 my front passenger tire started to go flat. Not knowing where I was ,I called Mcgriff and they came right away to help me. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and back on the road. I appreciate everything that they did for us.
Had a flat steer tire they came out and me back rolling in a hour

Y'all!! We were trying to get home for Thanksgiving when the warning light in the car lit up for low tire pressure. We got off and stumbled upon the tire shop half a mile off the interstate. They had the tire off, repaired and back on in 30 minutes. Went to pay them and they said "No charge. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels." They could have just as easily told us, "Sorry, it's beyond repair. You'll need two new tires" and we would have gladly paid them just to get back on the road.
