I'm giving two stars only because they're online listings were easy to read and navigate. I submitted a rental application for $35. I called the next day nobody answered. I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I emailed two different emails to inquire further about the information that day as well, nobody responded. Finally, two days after submitting the rental application someone finally contacted me and told me that I had yet to finish the pet screening portion of the application. We were charged over $700 for the dishwasher and other extra amount for different stuffs after moving out. However, the house already had an old, used dishwasher when we moved in, and the kitchen cabinets and other areas were not in good condition. Despite that, we cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place looking much better than before. Jenna our realtor we were blessed to have she made our move possible from across the country she was totally our eyes on the ground and never once deceived us was honest with us told us exactly what we would be seeing if we were here we were able to buy a house sight unseen and our 100% happy because of her honesty the property is beautiful and she even connected us with cost affordable handyman that could fix the minor repairs at a really reasonable price I couldn't see making this move or buying a home with any other realt... read more
