Jessica Cooper is very patient with us and works well with our schedule. She always shows up with information. If she doesn’t have an answer to one of our questions, she is quick to find it. My husband and I love working with her. She is trustworthy and a great conversationalist.
Absolute worst property I've ever lived. Property manager doesn't answer his phone when we're transferred to him. They lie about houses having central air in the middle of Summer and "fix" it by bringing 2 air units that make our electric go up. House pipes and cabinets INFESTED with spiders, Cheapest pain possible used for interiors, front door doesn't fit door frame so had to buy and install multiple weather strips, HORRIBLE insulation(You can feel the outside weather by placing a hand near a wall), the least amount of ele... read more
Kay Kelly is a supreme Realtor with decades of experience! Very personable, but bulldog determined to make a sale. Don't know what I would have done without Kay.
I'm sorry to say this was a terrible terrible experience. I had an unprofessional woman named Danielle Airington. She treated my family and I like a bother and an afterthought. My reference was continually trying to teach her to expedite her services. This never happened we could rarely reachher by phone or text. When she did finally return a text it was very short and rude. Again, like we were a bother. We paid application fee $70, and a profile fee,$35 on our 5 pound DOG. They got money any way they could. We were helping to move our son into an apartment into Ada and worked with Danielle Airington. While we did have many obstacles that were out of her control, she worked over the weekend and the holiday day to stay on top of it to get everything resolved for us as quickly as possible. We appreciate her diligence in making things right. If we ever need another property in Ada we would reach out to Danielle!!
