Friendly staff that worked extremely hard to help me get the perfect truck for all my need. Kevin and the staff where amazing. even helped my twin sister get a new truck today as well would deffently go back.
Aweful sales person, follow up from Finance dept still waiting after 2 weeks for answers. Highly neglected after I have the car and completely unprofessional runaround.

I took my son there so he could buy his first car on his own. After a disappointing first encounter, JJ went out of his way to make sure we went away with a positive customer service experience. Not only did we feel we had excellent customer service, my son drive off in a car that was newer than the one he went to see in the first place, for roughly the same price. I am supremely pleased with the service we received and look forward to returning for our next car.
I would not go to the Dubuque used car superstore if my life depended on it. They are very hard to deal with and do not listen to what you have to say. They like to jerk you around on your trade-in and if you buy a car from them it is almost impossible to get it serviced and taken care of. If you do need to get your vehicle serviced you better have a ride home because they never have any loaner vehicles ready for customers. Very good price and excellent over all experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff is very helpful and takes great care of their customers.
