These people are so unprofessional and unorganized! Not only did they call me 3 weeks after I traded my car in asking me if I had it cause they lost it! But have had numerous problems with my car that only had 40 thousand miles on it! The salesman that sold me my car quit a week after and personally messaged me saying how this place doesnt keep their word and how horrible they are. I have to drive an hour away just to take my car to them and they wouldnt even accommodate me with a loaner while mine got fixed. Mind you my car... read more

Jason our salesman was very friendly and not overly pushy, but I specifically asked them to run my credit at one bank and one banknonly because I had already been pre approved it wasnt until I purchased at another dealership that i had found out that they had not only ran credit at 1 other bank (which they did disclose) but atleast 4 others. Do not trust that they will only send it to one get it in writing. Could be a communication error but it is not acceptable.
Their sales people are not pushy when I bought 2015 Cruz it was Rebbec's at the time but salesmen were not pushy and more then accommodating. Showed me several vehicles to drive and make my choice I"d recommend them to everyone

My husband and I went here to see about trading off my Dodge Journey. When we got there, the person I was suppose to meet never came in so John took care of us. We were looking at getting a new vehicle but ended up getting a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze which we love! All i can say is from us walking into the door to the financial process you guys rock! I've never had a dealership go above and beyond to help their customers. I will be recommending you to everyone that needs a vehicle.
