My husband had worked out a deal over the phone - drove an hour to purchase a NEW 2019 Acadia Denali. The dealer had said that the car had "a few miles" but it had 561 miles on it. It also had numerous scratches that were all of the way through the paint. We purchase new vehicles every other year and will never purchase or send friends to this dealership.
they would not give me numbers with out running my credit. that really pissed me off. I told them I have excellent credit, apparently didn't believe me. I went to light house in Morton. never asked for anything until I was ready to buy! highway is ridiculous 😠 .
I was in last week for my 5000 mile check. I have never experienced better customer service at any car dealership. Everyone was so kind from the sales people to the service department. They kept asking me if I needed anything. Ie coffee while I was there. Such professional people! Kenny Haun is great also!
Everyone was friendly. They really wanted are business. Kenny are salesman was great. We were able to take the car home and keep it overnight. We were over 1 1/2 away.
Everyone there was BEYOND nice. Did everything they could to help me get where I wanted! Hugo was the best help I could’ve asked for!!
We had an awesome time at Highway Chevy Buick GMC, Kevin Patterson helped us get our vehicle and do a trade on our old one. Really fantastic staff, they even stayed after hours to accommodate our schedule. Totally painless, great experience! I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
