I purchased tickets for the elvis show and the next day we decided we didn’t want to go. When I called I spoke with the owner Mrs. West she told me she couldn’t refund my money she would have to give me tickets to another show. I told her that I didn’t have the tickets and I would just like to be refunded. She told me No she couldn’t help me. Then I asked her if she was apart of the Better Business Bureau.
