These guys kicked major ass! Hired another company, and they half ass'd the job, left the site dirty and then said we can't finish it, stuff came up... pushed it out 3 weeks. Called another local guy, he was cocky and expensive. Found these guys and I should have called them first! Quick, and easy to deal with. Came out, we talked, was honest, even told me about a rebate (I got 325 bucks back from MGE) and said it would be a week due to busy season, I said fine. This is a great company. We called after our air conditioner quit working after a storm. They came out the same day, found a part had burnt out. Had the part on his truck and we were up and running for under $25.00! All this during a week of 90 degree temperatures! Very happy with our service and would definitely recommend to others.

I just want to let everyone know how UNhappy I was with wasting 2 days waiting on someone from this company to show. I called around 09/10/14 to set up an appointment to see about replacing our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. I'm guessing a $5000.00-$6000.00 job. I got called that Monday saying they would be here that Friday night at 5:00 pm even though they normally don't do calls after 5pm. Friday 6:30 pm I called to find out where they guy was and got told he'd gotten hung up on a job. Would have been nice if s... read more

We were referred to McGrath by a friend who knows Dave McGrath. We tried to call on Thursday, but it was past business hours so I ended up booking an appt with another company for Friday morning. Friday morning around 8:00, the other company called to tell us they would not be able to get to us until Saturday. The whole reason I booked with them was because they were the only company my husband and I called who said they could come on Friday. I don't think it is funny that people come on here and joke around about that show. it is terrible and they are actually charging people to see it. I think grade school concerts can beat what this show is doing. To each his own I guess
