Requested bond at the end of the tenure after our bond clean (with no issues during the lease). The property manager decided to wait 15 days to eventually release the bond back to us after the request. No reason given except to make us wait. Considering we paid our rent on time every week, this left a bit of a sour experience... poor professionalism. Thanks Emma.
