Recommendedthe absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Junior Rivera is a magician and will do everything he can to get you driving I thought I could only get a cheap used car due to my very bad credit and small down payment but this man got me in a brand new 2019 Honda fit never in my life did I think I would get a brand new car Junior was amazing if you need a car Junior will get it done he doesn't best around the bush he keeps it straight and to the point I couldn't be happier.

I went to McGrath City Honda today at 2:00 for scheduled oil change and a filter change. I asked specifically how long it would take and was told 21/2 hours at the most. It took more than 4 hours!!!! Ridiculous! When I spoke to Joe the manager, he told me it was growing pains! Terrible customer service.
Worst experience EVER ! Came in looking for a new car. The dealer JOSE literally dropped us off to look at cars and disappeared. Did not even show me my options or nothing. He was too busy on his cell phone. Then after comes to me and says how much you want your payments to be !? Doesn’t even get to know me or ask what I am looking for. After doing the paperwork he told us he will call us tomorrow since they were close. Never gave me a card nor followed up with him. Horrible. NEVEE COME HERE. STAY AWAY! Service department sucks. They take forever even for standard maintenance like an oil change. Manager- Joe gave me a 10 min run around on the phone when trying to price a new door motor and cable on my Odyssey. Wanted to rake in a 135 diagnostic when I know the cable is snapped and needs replacing, every other dealer quoted a price and mentioned that there could be other issues associated with the door that they would evaluate at the time.
