my friend took his 09 honda civic to take care of his check engine light which came out to be a head gasket. he also decided to do the timing chain since they would have half the engine apart. he took it in during the week and was told it be done by friday! never got back to him at all! and now it's been a week since it was supposed to have been done! not calling and updating your costumers and not getting it done when they say it's supposed to be is very unprofessional !!!!!!!!!!!!!
