Horrible uninformed people in the service department. Here is the story I went in the for recalls and to fix my SRS light which was caused by a defective seat belt buckle. No. Buying a car is not like buying a pair of shoes, you cannot go in and leave with something new 20mins later. Jeff and Alex made this shopping experience as seem less as possible. I went in looking for a 2015 CR-V and walked out with my shiny new 2016 Pilot... after about 3.5hrs but I walked out happy. Call in, ask for Alyssa and she will lead you in the right direction.
