These guys are very professional and trustworthy. I made an appointment but when I arrived they realized another salesman sold the SUV I was interested in. My salesman Sarge assured me that he would put me in a better vehicle. His manager instructed him to showed me a SUV that was out of my price range. They let me test drive it and I loved it. I've had my CRV in twice for the heat and a/c not working. Both times they supposedly fixed it. I just picked it up Thursday and today it stopped working AGAIN! Not sure how I am supposed to drive my car at all in this weather safely! Very unhappy with their service department.
Came in for an oil change scheduled at 9:15 am .. took al most 3 hours for that oil change ... geeeezz I go to pepboyz longest is 30 minutes
We did not buy a car here due to their dishonest tactics. Basically, they offered us a price over the phone and promised us if we came out to the dealership, they would honor that price. We live over about 25 miles away, so it was important to us to know the price before making the drive. Once we were there, they completely reneged on the price.
