Service was good. Was kept updated as they completed work. Shuttle service was fast and east.
My Service Advisor, Anders Winkie, was both personable and knowledgeable and very attentive. He was also able to get a difficult to find replacement part for my old vehicle. J.D. is an extraordinary mechanic in my opinion, obviously with a wealth of experience behind him. Also, I have never encountered a mechanic so adept at explaining to me the source of my vehicle's problem.
Done on time and easy check in and check out. Was also a little less $ than originally quoted.
