Andy was phenomenal! Made sure our Caddy was taken care of and is still under warranty. We have an extended warranty but it sounds like this needed to be taken care of but I’m upset that it will take 4 months to get the parts when it sounds like this is a common problem- why was this a recall on our car?
When you make an appointment for an oil change, it should not take 1.75 hours to actually change the oil. There were only a few other people waiting at the same time so it was not very busy. An appointment means just that and should be adhered to in a reasonable amount of time. An oil change should not take more than 45 minutes at the most. I will say the personnel were very nice to deal with and the facilities are top notch.
