Done on time and easy check in and check out. Was also a little less $ than originally quoted. Had them check my air filter to see if they needed replaced and they were honest and said it did not.
Hugo was really nice service advisor. Enjoyed my contact with him. All work on my truck was performed well Not thrilled with the 3’% service charge when using a credit card. And no checks accepted.
Susan was amazing as always! Promptly greeted me at my car and complimented my cute shoes. After a few months of Susan explaining the perks of the oil change package to me, I decided to purchase at this visit. Appointment was quick and I left with a clean car. I recommend the service department at McGrath GMC, Buick, Cadillac.
