Did get an immediate response from the dealer when I inquired about a vehicle. Noticed that the emails addresses that the emails were coming from didn’t match with the name on the email signature. I asked and expressed my concern about this to which the internet sales manager told me he only emailed me once and the vehicle was in the process of being sold. Never addressed why email names and address don’t match. For the record, I don’t think automated emails with incorrect signatures is a big thing but the not addressing it ... read more
Dealer responded to me very late when all I asked was pictures of the vehicle that I was interested in and after a few messages back n forth they finally told me that they no longer have the vehicle. Very disappointing with the back n forth emails just to see pictures.
